I apply the principles of physics, motion and acting to craft performances of animated characters to communicate my thoughts about the human condition and social relationships. While studying silent films as a young artist I realized they deliver clear, simple and appealing performance through cinematography and non-verbal communication (aka body language). These techniques now influence my ideas and skills as an animator, through which I strive to enlighten audiences about relevant human values, such as respect and tolerance, through motion, performance and storytelling.
